If you are asking about the LX3, Panasonic supplies SilkyPics with the camera and that application is used to process your RAW files. Depending on when you purchased your camera, you may need to download an update for the software.
SilkyPics didn't really connect with me. I found it hard to get nice results with the LX3 RAW images and the software. But, ACR/Photoshop (or Lightroom) does a very nice job (as does Capture One v4.5).
