That is necessary because when having the reflector mounted horizontally and shooting vertically the corner of the reflector comes to close to your left eye. So, Joe had to cut the corner
I have two of his modifiers, the Flip-it JR with diffuser and the Diffuser Pro. They do a fantastic job. Typically, I'm am relying more on the diffuser and using little, if any tilt on the reflector (so I am bouncing the flash with diffuser fill). What applications would work best for this large reflector?
