Are you the one saying you are tossing more Goldfinch shots than keeping, well aside from the perch that one is simply stunning and a gorgeous female, really neat shot!
I really love those flower shots, nice way to sneak in a few hummers

#3 is a very unique comp, looks like a miss with the tongue

Colors harmonize well and love the fade out on the floral

I guess #4 could be considered a bit busy but busy in a good way, all elements work as you have a sharp hummer and colors that are enjoyable with those engergetic little birds. Your eye did good in seeing those colors work so well, nice series buddy!

Yes it is me that says I throw out a bunch of goldfinches but not this one. Dude, you should have seen me getting close to this bird with the 300 out in the open with no cover. Man I was grinning.

Glad you like the flowers being ruined with hummers

Man were we so happy when the hummers were hitting those flowers, it was like a gift

Glad you like the swallow, I was giddy shooting that sucker, it looked too good to be true at the time. You bet I'll take a female finch on a perch like that, you saw her, I had to.

Thanks a bunch Howard!! The swallow, I don't know, he just sat there in the morning sun. I approached extremely slowly and he didn't seem to mind.
