Here's another flower photo. I think these are called snail flowers (for obvious reasons) but I'm not sure. If anyone has better information, I'd really appreciate it.
I keep trying to find new superlatives to describe your work, but alas, my brain has limited storage capacity!
I'm surely not going to let this pass without letting you how stunning it is, however!
I'm going on vacation tomorrow for 4 days, so no posting new stuff, okay! I don't want to miss any!
Oh, okay I can search back a few days when I come home!
Thank you, tim, my friend! You are so kind! I so appreciate all your lovely comments.
I already have two new ones to post. Have a wonderful, save, and fun vacation and they will be waiting for you when you get back.
All best wishes,
Endre

Thanks, Martyn. Would that it were possible. Do you know Fibble who occasionally posts his wild and wonderful photos at the WA forum? He's also from the UK. He has often offered to send me a package of "Rubbish Pills" to help facilitate my making some poor photos. They haven't helped so far, though.
OK, here is the thing, I have a huge vine of these growing all over my mail box out front, now this is God's truth, even in real life they do not look this good. They are known as snail flower, have never heard them called anything else.
Wish I could send you an epiphyllum cactus flower, they are large and so gorgeous, you would love to photograph one, they are known as "orchid" cactus, come in a variety of colors but only last for a day pretty much as a bloom.
These grow all over out back yard, too. It was easy to find a nice one to shoot. So glad you like it.
Thanks for the suggestion. I will have to see if I can find one to shoot. I looked them up on the web and there are lots of crummy photos to see but nothing that does them justice.
All the best,
Endre

Thank you so much, Lazlo, my dear friend! I am trying to use both familiar and unusual flowers for this series so I'm glad that I was able to find something that you are unfamiliar with. I don't need to tell you how much I value your kind comments.
Warm regards,
Endre

I never seen these flowers before, so I am really happy to see them first time through "your eyes".
Beautiful picture Endre.
