Nice work! It's a very impressive sight to see so many dolphins at the same time..
It was impressive. Very impressive. On three occasions we were in the midst of pods the naturalists estimated at 400-500 animals. We also saw several smaller pods. Even the smaller ones were a fun experience.

The images and storyline held my interest all the way through. Excellent work on both.
Wayne.
Thanks, Wayne. I enjoy creating a story to go with my photos because I think some context often makes the images more meaningful. I'm glad you liked them.

Great shots, nice narration! Must have been cool to see firsthand.
Thank you. I've seen dolphins on a number of occasions, but it never gets old. They are just fun to watch. I'd love to know what they think of us because it's clear that they are observing us too.
Thanks, Noelle. I hope you get a chance to try. I would highly recommend the trip I took to any photographer. I would also recommend Lindblad's shorter/cheaper one week trips. They do an excellent job and have a real understanding of photography. Many of their trips have professional wildlife photographers on board who are there to offer instruction and answer questions. It's definitely a fun way to learn!
Thanks, Garen. This encounter came so late in the trip that most of the passengers, myself included, had already packed away our camera gear for the next's day's disembarkation. I had to scamble to get things unpacked and ready to go. Fortunately it paid off!
