Some of these are really nice; others could be taken with any lens; and still others remind me that the "wide open narrow DOF thing" can be taken too far.
A mediocre photo taken on a great lens with a narrow DOF is still a mediocre photo.
Sorry, that's what i wanted to keep intentionally... and most the time I don't crop my images, I try to framing them the way I want how they look like if I can..

Another duck today, man-made background structures. The duck is molting , that's why you see whitish specks and blotches on his head/body feathers.
All three shot at f/1.4.

Early this morning I went to the lake with my trusty 1DMkIIN + 85L.
I caught one example of action and one example of inaction. That made me chuckle.
