Hope this is the right place to put this but would like to share a bit of my positive customer support story from Zenfolio.
I had been experiencing some issues with the Zenfolio downloader and contacted customer support. Not only did they respond in less than an hour they continued to work with me personally over the next couple of days which included changing some programming on their side in order to solve my problem. In fact any time I have had to contact customer support at Zenfolio the response time has been within an hour or two.
I can't say enough about how polite, prompt and professional everyone at Zenfolio is. In these times where there may be number of similar products available here is a case where customer support does make a difference. It is something I do in my business on a day to day basis and in these tough economic times it is more important than ever.
Agree, usually get an email within a very short time trying to help me resolve the problem. Very satisfied with their support. Also very few problems, generally bandwidth issues unrelated to them.
