Contax 50 1.7 MM This is the multicoated version. It is an extremely sharp even wide open This lens is in excellent condition with the kindai adapter which has been regarded as the best. This focus ring is very smooth and it focuses to infinity on my 5D2. I bought this recently from a fellow fmer but i find i need the AF for this focal length. asking $260 shipped or would trade for a mint,sharp cann 50 1.4 plus cash on my part.
Ummm. There is no version of this lens that it is not multicoated.
All Contax lenses by Zeiss were T* multicoated, even the bargain-priced, entry-level lens that this one was.
