I'm looking for a dark ND-Filter (1.8-3.0 / 6-10 Bl. / 64-1000x) in 82mm.
The problem is the combination of 82mm and dark.
Neither B+W nor Heliopan seems to have anything in that size.
Can anybody help?
you are going to have to custom order a filter from Singh-Ray for one of the larger rectangular filter systems. they may custom make one for you in 82mm too. otherwise, if you are shooting not too wide, you can stack a pair of 3 stop ones but that is as much as i would ever stack. two filters, even multicoated, has so much greater increased chance of flare.
Thanks for the answer, but Singh-Ray is very difficult to get in germany. Does LEE make dark ND-filter (I have allready a LEE filter system, but would prefer a ND glass filter)? What about Hoya?
Stacking is no option since I plan to use the filter on 21mm and 24mm lenses.
it's not going to be anymore difficult to get than what you want. No one makes a 8+ stop ND filter in 82mm. B/W used to and Hoya may still but not in 82mm
Lee suggests you stack their 3 stop filters. i don't like that solution because of light leaks from the sides.

as a favor, I've confirmed w/ 2filter.com (one of the biggest importers of filters in the US) that they have nothing in stock and Schneider Optics (BW or Heliopan) stops at 77mm
Thanks for the info! By the way only B+W is part of Schneider Optics (Schneider Kreuznach), Heliopan is a different company, although both use glass from the german Shott-Group for some/most of their filters.
I think a square filter might be your only option. To be honest I find those filters to be a bit gimmicky (I have a 10 stop that I hardly ever use). I hope they will be a passing fad, I get sick of pooly composed long exposure shots
also, almost every time I use my BW 110 (8-9 stop), there is a colorshift toward amber so you'll want to perhaps have a test shot w/ grey card/whibal in it
so have you seen any well composed long exposure shots?

Hi-Tec makes a four stop filter that would fit your Lee holder, there is no advantage in glass over the plastic filters that I am aware of. Tiffen also makes glass 4x4 filters but they are probably very fragile.

Actually, less fragile than resin, but about $450 each for the 4"x6" filters.
Today I got the answers from B+W and Heliopan. B+W does only make the ND 1.8 and 3.0 up to 77mm. But Heliopan can deliver ND 2.0 and 3.0 in 82mm for 115€ each (in slim). I ordered both today.
That's not the same filter. This one has a 105mm front thread (and a 82mm rear thread). It ist build for extreme wide angles. But 523$ for this filter is still a ridiculous price. Mine has no front thread and the glass is only 82mm. This is an example with the ND 3.0 on my 24TSE II:
