As I type this, Evan and his lovely bride Amanda are heading back to her parents' place after gracing us with their presence for an evening of great food, great conversation, and even a few helpful suggestions for us. If you ever get the chance for such an encounter with this dynamic duo, I highly recommend it. Super people.
