- it is a bit soft
- the composition is not strong. I cannot tell wether the picture was about the tree or the reflection of the tree or the sky or the foreground. Pictures are generally stronger if they emphasis one item an use the others to complement. Here you have sky, tree and reflection in equal amounts of space which confusess the point. in addition the tree is pretty centred.
Landscapes are best if you have a tripod, remote shutter release, mirror locked up and wait a bit after mirror up before shooiting. Softness may still occur because of wind with a long exposure. If the tree is the subject I think it needs to be sharp which suggests upping the iso to the maximum that will stop the motion.
