I presume the bluish cast and desaturation were for effect. I like it.

I like the composition but is too soft everywhere for my taste. I think the petals have to be clear.

I've never seen this kind of lighting before..
It looks like it's in a cave?
I second the sharpness comment, I say you re-shoot it but sharper.

Really, the lighting is pretty cool.

I was playing with all the saturation and brightness in ACR and this effect looked pretty cool. Maybe the blue cast is just a little too much. Thank you.

I didn't mind the bluish cast, it suggested to me a conscious choice. It's a reasonable artistic choice.

We know it's soft but we do not know why - please include EXIF data so that we can see what aperture, shutter speed, focal length, etc. were used. It often helps us make more informed comments.

The internal white box over-laps the image.

Otherwise, I think it's a nice, soft-feeling, cozy image. I'd like it to be a little sharper at the base - in the center - of the weed, however.

Shuter Speed: 1/250
F-Stop: f/2.8
Focal Length: 50mm
ISO: 100

I was about 15 inches away from it. Thank you.

Thank you for your feeback. I see what you're saying on the overlap. I think I may have been too close to focus properly. This is why I may have gotten a soft image. I can't say I was looking for the soft look right off the bat. It turned out that I like the image
