I'd say it's fairly priced- put it this way- the 24-70 and flash are $1200 together, while the other extras are say, $50 or so, $2750 for the body. Questions is- do you need those other items?
Considering that I paid $4,000 just for my 1D3 only a year or so ago, it looks like a nice deal to me (especially if the body is low mileage and in good condition). I think that Orangefirefish is right on the money; if you need those other items it sounds like a winner, if not you can buy a used body on the B&S board for $2,700-$2,800 now.
I absolutely don't need them. I use (and love) my 1D2 and 5D. It would be with the intention of reselling for a bit of profit.
He says that they were purchased last october and are almost new (hardly used). he says they come with certificates (I assume he means warrantee cards)

Save yourself the trouble and the transaction fees then for selling- you can probably get one here on the B&S for the same price and condition!
