I like this composition even better Tom. Couple more years and that boat's gonna be back in the water! I haven't been able to visit FM as often as I'd like lately so I may be out of the loop as to which new lens you've got..seems nice and sharp.

Tim, Charlie - thanks for the comments; yes, I think you are correct, although I'm not sure that I can pin-point why this is better; maybe all of the Forum comments have helped me see better compositions!! !!
I liked the other version for various reasons, but the thing about this one that really stands out for me is that wicked reflection of the boat. Very nice, indeed.
Not a bad place to be stranded, as long as you've got Mary Ann and Ginger to keep you company.
Tack sharp on this one Tom. Are you doing something in shooting or processing? Youe early shots with the new camera were a bit softer looking. This one rocks.
Tim - same processing, sharpening that I generally use; the kuddos go to Nikon; I just point the beast!
