I've never had to an issues with Zenfolio so I can't really help you there. I have been very pleased with their service. I kind of use it as an offsite backup for assignments even though that's not what it's intended for. My clients also appreciate being able to download full resolution images from anywhere.

The one and only time I've had to contact them I got an immediate response and resolution. I've used them for over a year and it has been great.

My customers like the quality they get from the lab too.

I am not happy with smugmug, but their customer support is great. If Zenfolio is the same......I am thinking of switching.

I've contacted with them about 6 times via email and each time I've got very quick response. 2 times under 15 minutes

Their customer support is excellent. I've been with them for over a year and a half, and I've contacted them several times. They have always responded to my inquiries very quickly and professional. They've responded within the hour or two most times (even late at night on the weekend). By that I mean a specific personalized reply, not some generic reply.

I used smugmug and went to zen, the only thing I miss is the customization of the site. Zen is pretty basic in terms of layout and function adjustment. That said, the web pages look alot more professional than smug. Biggest gripe is no comment section. they claim to have been working on it since i joined a year ago.

Best CS I've had online. Agree with the comment about basic customization - but the sleek look works for many.

I've been with them for over 2 years.

Zenfolio is really nice for them ost part. The nesting groups/galleries allows you to be very organized. However, I hate the way you have to order the pictures in a sequence once uploaded. The interface of organizing the photos within a particular library could be better.

As far as support goes, I haven't needed anything really significant. All small tasks, all done rapidly.
