It has a strong green cast and she is framed through the joints. Neither appeals to me.
I like that she is interesting and not centred.
I think you could crop some off the top.

I like her pose - she's got some attitude
I try to concentrate on her but the car's headlights and the bright area on the top right hand corner keeps on grabbing my attention.

Much prefer the second.
I'm not sure I agree with Scott Stoness about "not framing thru the joints". It is good advice, but I'm not sure it applies to this image.

I was referring to the waist as a joint. I think after looking at it again as sbeme says, it works here.
The new crop is much better.
