I have two friends that are having registration issues, is there an email address I can give to them to obtain help?

They are telling me the following:

"Do you have a help/contact email I can use for Fred Miranda? I can't get registered. When I try it says "you're already registered", but when I input my email address (the only one I have it will accept since all the others are web email) it claims it doesn't know me."

Thats great if you are logged in! People who are not logged in can not get the email buttons.

send an email to fred with their email address, let him contact your friends or vica versa

Thanks I did that, but he really needs a way people who have registration issues can contact a moderator.
