Love the symmetry and mood you've created. The lifeless body on a gurney works well with the heart as the COI. I'm not man enough for scarification but I think it's a great shot.

Thanks guys. Yeah, this was more of a study of simplicity and symmetry and almost mannequin color to take the human body and kind of, well, dehumanize it. I think the scar heart adds to this theme.
