The colors are interesting.

The horizon is too close to center vertically for my taste - rule of thumb is 2/3 or 1/3 unless strong reflection which this is not.

It needs some foreground interest (like a boat or dock or bush) otherwise it is too plain for me.

It seems a bit soft.
