I am just upgrading from a Mark IIN to a Mark III, can anyone explain to me what custom function I need to set on the Mark III so that I can focus with the Back * button, I am so used to that now can't function without it..

For a moment I thought that Canon had released a new model 1DIII with a dedicated button for when it is back focusing.

Custom function IV-2 ( AF-ON/AE lock button switch)
Enabling this switches the function between the AF ON and the * buttons
