Not crazy about the lighting... looks flat to me. As far as composition goes, there isn't really a subject in the photo... at least not one that's clear. It doesn't tell much of a story because of that.
I was using on-camera flash with ABBC, TTL adjusting it depending on my distance to subject. Maybe it was up to high for this one?
The subject is the groom in the center of the group but I guess with all the other people it's hard to pick out. Maybe if I dodged some of the others to bring the focus more on the groom?

agree with tony-i hate having to photograph dancing circles like that-as a result, i tend to get in closer and isolate a person, couple, or small group instead (for the most part)
