I think you have a Downey Woodpecker - but I'm not good at them so maybe someone else will know better

Looks like they got just a little of just about everything out there at, El D. While I've known of it for at least a couple of years I had no idea it has so many possibilities. Wonderful series with that KF my top pick in the set closely followed by the shots fo the Downy and the RTH.

I'll second (third?) the downy woodpecker, and it's a male as indicated by the red on the back of the head.

Is the bald eagle still being seen out there?
