I normally do not post in the forum, I'm a wedding tog. I do have a wedding contract that I use.
However, a friend of mine has put together a band and I took some pictures of them this week. She loves the work and wants to use it for flyers/press kits/lead singer's website. I would like to retain the copyrights and get paid for the usage.
Commercial work is out of my league so I guess my question is this: where can I find a sample contract for commercial work. I hope to cover the Editorial aspect as well.
