p.1 #1 · greyed out post, won't advance

A friend has a post on page 5 of the Buy/Sell and it is greyed out. I replied on it to move it forward for him and nothing happened. Why is this happening?

I think the new system was set up to prevent too many bumps per day. If replied to in less than 12 hours from the previous post, it does not advance.

Grayed out text means it's done. A FS has been Sold, at WTB has been Found, an OA has been Auctioned.

Check to see what the first word is of the listing. If it's Sold, Found, or Auctioned, there's nothing to be done to it (or so I'm led to believe).
