The shot is good, but I think it would help to burn in some of the unimportant areas of the scene (foreground pavement, sides of buildings without graffiti on them). Hey Mike, I know about dodging and burning, and use it quite a bit when I want to selectively darken or lighten a shot. You are so right in saying it is one of the most effective tools in PS. In this particular shot I think you may be right in saying that more shadow could be added, but I think just a bit too much burn for me, but I really appreciate your input.
