Can you give me pointers on what you think are the best tripod/head combination for use with Nikon D300/16-85mm lens and Panasonic HF100 camcorder? Needs to be light, quick to set up, and relatively inexpensive. Going on a tour, so I will be setting up/taking down numerous times.

Anyway, how much do you have to spend on ti? We can put you in anything from a department store $20 special to a limited edition Gitzo at 1200 bucks or so.
