Shot this in Seattle this weekend while I was walking back to the car. This was one of those, don't think, just shoot moments. What do you think?

A longer shutter speed would be great although it would pose an issue if you were driving.

I haven't mastered panning shots yet, so I decided to keep in higher. Plus, my camera was set at f/2.8 haha
