Hey Ashish,

I really like this with that thin layer of fog or mist. It's an excellant compositon, with great lines and just full of fall colors! My only thing would be that the cement walls/building in the background does take away from the atmosphere. I would definately clone that out! With the misty background that would be a piece of cake to get rid of.

I personally didn't notice the wall till Jim pointed it out. After a second look I agree with him though.

I love the misty light and fine composition here, Ashish. Lovely image.
If you're going for the wall, get the traffic sign, too
