Or perhaps La Palooze Bourguignone ?
Shame the sky didn't cooperate more. This was taken after sunset.

Thank you for looking,

santiago

Santiago, I really like the soft light and color. Maybe crop the top of the sky just a little ? Just a thought

Santiago , I also like the delicate , muted approach to colour that you've adopted here --- or got stuck with . A nice call with the Palouse analogy . Perhaps a crop to just above the right hand cloud would suit ? Either way , a very pleasing and peaceful scene .

Very nice, santiago. I like the composition, with the opposing diagonals, and the natural feel to the image. Well done!

Muy lindo mi amigo - y sin vin(y)as ningunas! Soy de acuerdo de cortando un poco de arriba, para hacer mas dramaticeza(?) al cielo.

Un abrazo de tu amigo Martin

Hello Santiago,

Nothing to change in this one. A beautiful, quiet, and peaceful scene. Good work.

All you need is something---anything!---with a John Deere logo, and we could very easily be on the Palouse! Nicely layered diagonals...I am, however, in the camp of those who'd like a tighter crop on the sky...if it could be done without costing you any detail in the mid- and foreground, of course. Dave

Looks a lot like Palouse, perhaps fewer hills. I like the layered FG, I do agree the sky is lacking a bit and would like to see the scene illuminated by sunlight a bit too. But it's a fine take on the scene.

Lovely soft light and layers, and the Palouse comparison is most fitting.
I like the scene, as is, but I can also see a crop to just above the main body of clouds. Just another thought
Very pleasing, Santiago.

As you can see from this image this is already a crop, mostly took out the sky. But, yes, i agree with you, Mike, that some further cropping cannot hurt. It's just that it sends the crop format to square, and that I am very intimidated by square crops, perhaps the most difficult to fit good compositions inside. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and your help for improving this image.

thanks very much, Adrian. As I wrote in my previous reply, I am rather intimidated by crops bringing the image's format to square (or almost), yet I can see the benefits of your suggestion. Thanks for that.

santiago, This is a nice photograph.

With the sky cropped completely this would become a photo about colours and patterns. Just another way of seeing this.

that's crazy beautiful! the colors are muted but very crisp! i also agree about the sky crop. there's some "blank space up there". maybe you don't have anymore of the bottom, which is why you can't crop?...

I like the low light levels you have maintained here. Gives a good feel of the type of day it was at the moment you pressed the button.

There's a wonderful feeling I get when I view this image and it must be as a result of the superb light you captured here. The tones look so natural and compliment the beautiful sequence of elevated layers the hills provide. The sky as we know does not always co-operate however in this image I think it adds nicely to the peaceful mood you
captured.

Hola Martin, amigo escocés
Thank you for your comment + suggestion about cropping some of the sky. As you can see from the format, this has already been cropped (from the top), I guess in this case more would indeed be better than not enough.
This was taken on the way back to the place where we stayed, in the Forterre region, a land where there are no vineyards, just endless crop fields.
