Excellent shot with great composition. Although, it does look a tad a the yellow side to me. Could be my monitor.

I like the three step drop as the water plunges over the ledges. I agree with John, the image shows up with a yellow tint on my recently calibrated monitor.

Oh, that looks better, although the colors seem a little weak.
