Very nice job even if I'm not fond of some of the distorsion/perspective effects.

My goodness, these are terrific. All those textures, surreal colors, and wide-angle titled lines just grab and hold our attention. That creepy orange machine in #5? I'll see it in my nightmares. Well done.

Amazing Place, These shots DEFFINATLY work for me,Great job on the tone mapping.
Some are a bit strong but in my case,I like it like that.

Excellent pics!

Just love the overall feeling in these pictures. I want to see more! They remind me of some other pictures of an abandoned mental hospital. Can't remember what it was called, though. I think it was in the US, and that it burned a few years ago...

It's pretty amazing that such a place haven't been invaded by vandals, though. Abandoned places often get torn apart as soon as they are abandoned.

Thanks everyone,glad I'm not the only one who finds these old state institutes fascinating. As someone mentioned, places like this are really a photographers
paradise. Just do your lens changes outside

A pit stop on the way home from Norwich, abandoned Seaside sanatorium in Conn, built in the same era as Norwich. We stayed outside here

and just enjoyed the sunset & ate a sandwich before our ride back to NY, Thanks

This is an amazing set of images Shaun. My gosh... to think that all that stuff still remains after all these years. You can feel the presence of the inhabitants...

The hallway with all the doors open is fabulous. You must be very pleased with this body of work and rightfully so.
