stopped by circuit city tonight and they had the 430EX2 mispriced at $149 (329 is their normal price). They honored the price and tossed in a 10% off coupon since it was a grand opening store. I ended up with two for approx. 269 total. If any of you guys are looking for them it's worth a shot.

There was a typed note in store here as well on a 430 and 100macro. Guess I should have looked closer.

Wow nice, I was going to head to Circuit City tonight to get one, actually, as I wanted to finally start flash photography and I figured I would pay another $30 or so to get it now rather than wait for it to ship.

Hope that deal is there tomorrow! I'll max my credit card out at that price!

In my defense, mine was the result of a 3 AM experimentation with off camera flash and then half asleep photoshopping, it's never that way intentionally

Off to stripping my camera bag down to bare essentials. I'm photographing a Barack Obama rally tomorrow that President Clinton will be speaking at. I figure I'd like the cavity search to go as smoothly as possible

I can't say for sure. According to CircuitCity.com, the only store in my area that had them in stock was this one, so I didn't check multiple stores.

They rang up at the normal price of $329 at the counter, I then showed the manager the marked price and they made the adjustment.
