Is there a difference between the 80-200mm 4.5/5.6 ultrasonic vs non ultasonic??
Which is better? Are they all ultrasonic?

There appear be 3 versions of the 80-200/4.5-5.6, one of which is USM. They are all 7/10 construction, have 5 blades, and a 1.5m MFD, so they may be the same optically. I would not expect too much from any of them.

I believe that the ultrasonic refers to the auto focus motor. Ultrasonic being faster than the non ultrasonic, but I could be wrong
