I posted this over in the Pro forum as well, but I saw this forum is where PJ stuff goes so I thought maybe you guys could help too?
I'll be photographing a rally for Barack Obama tomorrow at which Bill Clinton will be speaking. The information on the event states no bags and please limit personal items. I'm assuming credentialed media are excluded from this? Not sure how I'd get all of my gear there otherwise.
I would ask the media contact there but there is none to be found, basically you submit your credential request online and they state that if they can't accommodate you they'll notify you.
Has anyone photographed an event like this before? If so, any light you could shed on the process would be greatly appreciated.
