p.1 #1 · I recommend this....

In my mess of a basement, I would sometimes "miss-place" my chargers. We all know how many chargers we have for the different kinds of batteries. This has made it simple to keep organized and all of my chargers are in one place and darn near impossible for me to loose!!

It is just a piece of fiberboard but thin plywood would work just as well. Everything is attached with cheap tie-wraps (also called 'zip-ties). Make sure you use a power strip with an off/on switch.

I could do that as I've a mess as well. But then I have to buy another set of chargers for travelling.

Is it worth keeping those rechargeable AA or AAA batteries? I found them to have weak charge, doesn't last long and I really can't be bothered recharging them daily so I just buy the more expensive lithium batteries for my flash thinking they'd last longer than alkaline. I keep two pairs for backup in my bag.

I did the same thing but inside a smaller rubbermaid container and on the sides.

I've got enough batteries to cover my traveling, which is not related to professional photography.

Seems pretty obvious considering the board is hanging from a hook....

Can you imagine the ruckus when they xray the suitcase this is in? They would probably evacuate the entire terminal!

Buy some Eneloop or similar low-self discharge NIMH cells for your flash .

I don't see any codes being violated in any way. All the cords are being used properly.

That looks really safe.

Why not just put them in a drawer?

Energizer rechargables, or the Sanyos Eneloop's is what you need.
