OK So I took everyones advice and took the ISO down. I also grabbed the 1DMKIII because I still cant get the dust bunnies out of the 5D. I guess CPS will see it soon. Anyway I think this Hoverfly and I had a moment today. He is pretty small and the wind was blowing pretty good today so it made it a challenge. As always C&C welcome so I can improve. I also went back to using my other diffuser(demb flip it) rather then the omnibounce I was using last friday.
Owning a 5D comes with the responsibility of cleaning lol, it's not that hard once you get the hang of it, most of the time a blower will clean it for you.
The1 I have a rocket blower and a copperhill kit. I can get it somewhat clean, but cant make it spotless. Not sure what the deal is. I figure a trip to canon can get me started right, I love the detial and the colors the 5D gets, but I havent removed one piece of dust from the 1DMKIII since I bought it new, and I keep the dust shaker off and just use the blower once a week and turn the shaker on once a week.
#1 is my favorite. Nicely lit. Very nice series overall, Matt. Knock wood, I've been lucky with this Nikon D200 wrt dust bunnies. Only cleaned it once so far. My previous camera, a Nikon D80, needed cleaning often. The payback for changing lenses.
Lovely series. I too get my share of dust bunnies especially after multiple lens changes, recently I was given a lenspen sensor clean which combined with a rocket blower seems to work very well on my 20D.
Thanks for the kind words, I've worked both jobs the last few days and my lens is looking at me from my bag wondering what happened to our love affair! Be patient my dear, soon enough we will be together again.
