p.1 #1 · Local Chamber of Commerce event-Pricing

We have a annual local apple festival that bring in about 30,0000 people and is a 3 day event The local Chamber is asking for photos and pricing for this event. They want photos on CD to update their website and use them as advertising material.

What would somebody charge for this? Thinking I would be there each day for 2-3 hrs.

Some events are inside buildings as fund raisers for other organizations. Would I need releases?

Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated!

Most COCs will not pay much at all.

They expect the images for free.

Most have low standards for photos too.

So...don't be surprised if you find the "budget" to be slightly more than a tray of cheese.

Good luck.

J,

Wow, didn't even think of exchanging for dues that would of been good. Another bid came in that was lower than mine by $20.00.

Thanks for the repsonses.
