Perhaps a parallel is being drawn between love and it challenges, and the poster/image standing up to the elements? Who knows but the author, and I hope he/she doesn't give the answer.
I don't know if I see any love here, it's kind of nightmarish ... that looks like a baby face, but adult hand (and is that intentionally giving the middle finger?).
It is pretty interesting as an overall image, for sure, (I have spent a lot of time wondering about it), so good art will do that to me ... but I'm not sure it has any relevance to the topic of "love" ...
Since it is already kind of a grungy image, I'd love to see how it works in B/W ...
