Hi Scott,

I think I like #1. IMO there is too much boat and not enough 'room' to the right in 2 & 3.

Not having the life jacket in 2&3 would also help.

Looking again, perhaps backing away to capture the entire boat still keeping room on the right might work better?

Tough choice - I think I like 1 best - the label on the side is not attractive, nor is the lifejacket or the dent. I like the boats direction (pointing) in 1 best. For me a better balance between beach and scene and boat too (less boat/more beach is better for me).

Nice focus, depth, colors and exposure on all three. Shows you can take a simple subject and make it into a work of art.

Re - entire boat suggestion from Bob - I think then the picture would be too much about the boat. But thats just my view.

I agree with Bob and Scott. Also, losing the stronger glare from the side of the boat helps.
