Machine laminating's popular these days, if you're into the look it produces. Any local pro lab should be able to do it. Obviously you'd probably want to laminate the print before mounting.
Otherwise there are any number of varnishes available for inkjet prints. Hahnemühle, Moab, PremierArt... They all make varnish. Breathing Color's Glamour II is also quite nice (they market it for canvas but it works on anything), and can also double as a mounting adhesive.
Results are pretty much identical from any of the varnishes, so feel free to buy whatever you like/can find if you go that route. If you've got a well-equipped photo store, they should carry at least one brand of varnish.
Another option would be to use some thin plexi and slap the whole shebang in a clip system of some kind.
