I like the color version of this and posted it to Landscape forum sometime back. Here is the B&W conversion. Appreciate your thoughts.

I'd like to see this with a black frame I think??.... for some reason the white seems like it may be just too over powering for this image.... gray maybe even to tone it down just a bit....
nice conversion though!

Change the frame William. Is there any improvement? Thanks for your comments.

well - if you are going to change the frame, I prefer white; that's my vote.
nice composition; I'd like to see a little more contrast in the sky to balance the foreground.

IMO... much better..
I just thought that white frame was almost blinding.. if not simply pulling my eyes away from the picture....
then again, I never use frames so you may want input from some whom know better... I really like this picture though!

Jude, this is very good the contrsts in the wet sand come out so nice and the diagonals create a lot of drama.
Perhaps it would be nicer t the sky had more contrast and some detail on the rocks.

I also vote for a white simple frame for this. It really distracts me now from a great image. I think it's a great choice for a black and white too with that nice structure. The sky and foreground is really beautiful. The middle part with the rock and water, I think could use some work. If you removed all noise there it would make for better contrast between structure and smooth and make a bigger impact as black and white.

Missed the color version but the texture of the sand in the monocolor is outstanding. Congrats.

Thank you all for your comments. Since some of you prefer my earlier frame please find it below. I am adding the color version too. Hoping I am not breaking any rules.
