Neat shot... Has a nice Hurricane meets Hari Krishna / wet T-shirt contest vibe to it 
On a more serious note, the fact she is dressed in a matching orange outfit (down to the purse no less) is one of the things which make this work. The orange contrasts nicely with the blue of the umbrella and bluish tone of the background.
If you crop it down from the top close to the umbrella the tracks will not seem to cut the image in half. Instead they will form a line leading line down from from the upper-left to her face.
