Agreed. As much as I may dislike Bush, I think it is an extremely far cry to compare him to Hitler. As far as intelligent Hitler vs dumb Bush, I'm pretty sure that I would rather haver the dumb guy who starts a war in the Middle East vs the intelligent guy who starts a war with the goal of splitting the world up amongst three countries and exterminating a race. Well, enlightenment was not the issue, levels of appropriateness was more of the issue. And yes, I believe that the average norwegian is far more value liberal and atheistically inclined to take sexually charged jokes better than the average texan or uthan :P not that that is necessarily a 100% good or 100% bad thing, I just think that different cultures have different value sets, and southern usa does have a more religious and strictly moralistic view of life than most of norway (apart from those religious nuts on the west coast of norway :P )
