Nice shot, Nick, my friend! I wish the central branch were in focus all the way out to the tip since now it looks like it fuzzes into the far distanat tree but that's just me. It's a lovely shot, regardless.

Thanks for your comments, they are very helpful.. I wasn't really thrilled with this shot an you've convinced me to try another one. Beside the fuzzy central branch, I wasn't happy that the pine cone was so small and not quite as sharp as it could be. I just might have a better image.

I like this new image. The sticky pine cone is a good focal point and these blue spruce are lovely and contrasts with the sky nicely. Good luck this week.
