Stoby Dam Bridge
Uncropped. Dust Bunny removed and USM of 25, .3, 0. EXIF should be intact.
The only traffic on this bridge these days are foot, ATV and snowmobiles. Large rocks placed at either end block anything larger. It is getting old. This bridge resides some 20-30 metres upriver of the Stoby Dam.

Stoby Dam.
Uncropped. Some fooling around. Still much to learn about selective colours. USM 25, .3, 0. EXIF should be intact.
This dam is a control dam which regulates the water levels of Vermilion Lake about 45km north of Sudbury. The dam was totally rebuilt sometime since 1998 which is when I left the lake. My oldest still lives there with her family. Was up visiting about 2 weeks ago and just had to get out and visit the old haunts.
The Dam used to span the river. It had great wooden beams that were raised and lowered as needed to regulate both the lake level and water flow down stream. It was owned and operated by the INCO mining co. but suspect the Ministry of Natural Resources is in charge now.

Not a great image but wanted to show the relationship between the bridge and the dam.
