Retha shared this one at the Inn for us to play. I liked the end result and wanted to share here too. Been experimenting with DCSpecial's Ice4 filter a lot. Adds a lot of artifact coloring when applied to various retouching techniques that I've been doing of late. Here, I used Impressionist with the default chalk setting set to darken. Obviously did other things too, but the majority of the effect was done using these two filters.
