p.1 #1 · Wood Thrush and BCNH and ID help

Had an awsome day today. First off the wood thrush:

No flash was used in any of these shots (I don't even own one yet). There was the perfect god beam on this guy and he sat pretty for me

Black Crowned Night Heron

#4 If someone could help me get rid of the OOF leaf on his neck that would be amazing! I'm not that good at photoshop and I really like this shot because of the color on his back so if I could get rid of that green I think this could be a wall hanger.

#9 This snapping turtle was sun bathing and made a nice little shot for me

#10 Unknown bird. I think its an American Pipit but I'm not 100% if someone could help please.

I also saw a pair of great crested flycathers but unfortunately was unable to get a shot maybe next time.

Thanks for looking and any comments!

Looks like you had a fun day. I really like that first Thrush. He could take a little tighter crop IMO, but it's a great shot with great light any way you cut it.

Nice shots.

Have you considered just brightening selectively # 4 instead? Also, you cut the tail feathers on # 3 so there would be still even more to correct on it....

I put a tighter crop on #1 for everyone. I like it but I think I'll let it go a bit for a print.
