Thanks Mike. I cropped the 2 away from a larger scene, lots of tails and beaks were in the way.

Tough weave in those branches but good shots pulled out of that tangle. Man I love those skimmers, very cool bird and those low low low angle reflection shots look excellent. #3 is quite pretty too.

Once again Herb, nice series. I have yet to see a skimmer but they have a certain charm. Kind of like a shoveler with that ridiculous beak of theirs. Like the peekabo of the spoonbills.

Great job on these herb. Love the skimmers > ANd the spoonbill between the branches is a very nice artistic touch
