Beautifully photographed. Not everyone will get this, but it's brilliant. I participated in an Indian spirit cleansing ritual years ago and it was very beautiful and meaningful. You captured the elements with style and grace.
Very nice, I like your concept of the assignment. It's tough to get past immediately obvious things sometimes, and this is a really great idea. Good luck this week.

Beverly,
Thank you for the kind comments.
It is a wonderful experience to behold. Everyone should experience it at least once in thier lifetime.
I love the smell of the burning sage.
I get it. As a matter of fact, had to do something similar not to long ago. Went through and used Sage to burn and cleanse out the energy in our Massage Therapy Center! Nicely done.
Lovely shot with wonderful lighting. I especially like how you have captured the smoke which fills the top of the shot without dominating the shot. I don't know if that makes sense, but it definitely works for me. Good luck this week.
Thanks for the kind comment Bill. Much appreciated.

Steve,
Thanks and it took about 60 shots to get the smoke just where I liked it. Well worth the work though.
