Very nice images. I can't tell if you missed focus on shot one or not. It is either a bit hot or just not in focus.... Or maybe you didn't sharpen in PP ?

Image two is very interesting I like the composition. Nice image

Thanks guys...miss the place as well. I think the orchid needs a tad more sharpening; At the time i had one eye on the flower and one on the rain squall moving in
